Commonwealth Swallowing Diagnostics is the preferred provider of mobile, onsite Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) services for the Greater Pittsburgh Area, Western Pennsylvania, and beyond.

Owner and Expert Endoscopist, Lauryn Dorzback, has been serving patients through mobile FEES services across her Pittsburgh community and the surrounding states for the past 8 years. As a practicing Medical Speech-Language Pathologist with over 12 years of clinical experience, she has performed and interpreted over 5,000 endoscopic swallow studies.

In addition to her clinical experience in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and LTACH settings, Lauryn has also served as a Clinical Instructor for both professional and student FEES training courses.

The driving force behind Commonwealth Swallowing Diagnostics is a passion for increasing access to high-quality specialized services, empowering clinicians to provide effective and ethical care, and supporting autonomy for individuals with dysphagia.
